Because it’s not given to them.

But really, how many food service workers spit or throw snot in the food they serve? How many with infectious disease contaminate what unknowing victims eat? Not many, maybe 10 out of 1000, maybe less.

But yeah, that’s false equivalence because it ain’t exactly the same thing. It’s not abuse of power and wrongdoing in the exact same way so it doesn’t qualify. Gotta give retailers guns so they shoot customers instead. That’s when we’ll be allowed to compare the two.

Got any sources for your food tampering claims?

And can you back those claims up with the evidence of all the other fast food workers defending the “bad apples,” or, at the very least, remaining silent re your food tampering claims?

And how about that massive fat food workers union litigating for and defending said food tampering?

Cos, i can point to MOUNTAINS of evidence of the police doing all of that.

Sweetheart, no matter how much you love and lick those boots, they’ll never love you back.

Wow, how condescending can you even get…

And also amazing how you claim it’s a false equivalency (yes, one is much more serious than the other, that doesn’t make it a false equivalency), and then continue on the comparison and then actually turn it into a false equivalency. Because a police officer shooting someone will make it into the news. Someone spitting into someone’s food will not - and that’s assuming it’s even noticed.

I defend the people who are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, but nobody here likes that notion anymore it would seem.

I think you’re keen on grouping up people into something which makes them less. Because it’s easier that way to separate yourself from the realization you’re susceptible to the same kind of trappings and bias.

We’re all human, for better and worse. And conflict exists at every level or we wouldn’t be where we are today.

You wanna hate cops because you see the worst of them, but this media is designed to show you the worst of them. And have you stopped to consider that cops see the worst of humanity every day? Everything you only see in the media designed to inflame you, they see it in person and interact with it.

If you are influenced to see cops as all bad and may even want to hurt them for it, why wouldn’t they be influenced in the same way?

You don’t like that perspective because it reminds you we are very much the same people in almost every way. So I suggest you stop pretending cops are aliens, monsters or whatever else and accept that humans are simply flawed.

And you’re obsessed with defending the indefensible, to the point of making shit up now. You can’t even articulate my point.

                  Buh. Bye.
