I’m really getting tired of 1984 being more relevant day by day.

Media has been fully captured by the oligarchy for a long time now.
The Trump administration has normalized lying and major news media continues to “both sides” this in fear of getting left out of the official state sanctioned media events and harassed by regulatory and legal gaslighting from the federal government. They are also in a struggle with having to compete with social networks for news, social networks that are even far more subverted and manipulated by foreign and special interests.
