          that’s funny; i’ve seen this movie several times, but i don’t remember this scene.

          then again; i haven’t watched this movie in 30+ years so i probably just forgot it.

          Great holiday movie! I watch it every thanksgiving. For those who haven’t seen it, there’s a John Candy documentary called “I like me” - well worth a watch. Although when I watched it somebody must have been chopping onions or something.

    John Candy was fucking great! I just watched Delirious (1991) recently, and it was a ton of fun! It was a huge bomb back in 91 but has perfect Sunday afternoon 3pm movie vibes. Highly recommend!

    The plot is basically about a soap opera writer who gets bonked in the head and wakes up in an alternate reality inside his own soap opera… Imagine In The Mouth of Madness (1994) as a comedy starring John Candy
