i was in retail when both dawson’s creek and titanic were big. it was awful.
Thankfully, I’m on nightshift. Once the store closes, we’re blasting 70’s metal and 90’s hip hop on the intercom.
@GeekFTW I really dislike Iron-man matches
I don’t mind them, but I’m not a fan. It always ends up kinda formulaic, either we go to the full time with no falls and gotta do a surprise sudden death, or they have a dozen falls which dont matter before the match finish. Both kinda suck.
The only Iron Man match that I would ever call “great” was Chris Brooks vs Lulu Pencil. But on its own, it’s terrible, you need to have seen the build to it to understand what made it truly great.
I’ll also give a pass for HBK vs Hart as it was the first one most of us probably ever saw, when it was still a novel idea and we weren’t tired of it yet.
That AND it takes forever. Nothing good in that
I was at a friends house tonight who has Netflix and it was the first time I watched RAW in a long time and…man that was the most boring wrestling show I’ve seen in years. are they all like this now? just talking segment after talking segment with mediocre matches sprinkled in? thank god it was only like an hour and a half.
And why do I feel like they’re going to rehash the “legend killer” gimmick and give it to Gunther.

it was brutal. the ONLY good thing is we could skip a lot of it so we only ended up watching like maybe 20 to 30 minutes worth.
It also felt like the Rhea and Sky stuff was just a copy of Timeless Toni Storm and Mina.

Yeah it’s how Lemmy formats it when you upload the video directly lol. This is why 99% of the time I use a video host but I was lazy and fuck it, it’s Yule.
