If you’re talking about Lenire, they received FDA approval a couple years back and there are quite a few places that provide the treatment across the USA. It’s also available in a lot of Europe. I can’t speak for the effectiveness, but I do know it doesn’t work for all types of tinnitus so it may or may not be an option for everyone with tinnitus.
