This agreement must be freaking insane. Disney is extremely litigious. Just look at the bullshit they did as Steamboat Willy entered the public domain. It was clear what was legal and not, and they tried to obfuscate that as much as possible to prevent people from legally using public domain works.
Or trying to cite Disney+ streaming terms to avoid an allergic reaction death at a Disney restaurant due to negligence.
