Understandable, all I can say is that Florida is doing a lot here lol.
Also the front-facing picture has ears covered by hair, while profile has a fully visible ear. Seems dubious the handcuffed subject tucks hair behind ear in the moments when asked to turn left.
Unless perhaps that’s a requirement - perhaps an officer even does the hair tucking for her? But I know nothing of prison photos:-D.
