I mean, there was a toy back in the 90s that was aggressively over hyped. And as Children’s Television Workshop was privatized, turning children’s programming into a commodity was all that mattered. But Kermit went through the same cycle in the 70s/80s, then fell out of fashion.
I hope she wins. Nothing says “Don’t take me seriously” like pointing at the modern iteration of Sesame Street and screaming “Jew Hater!”

Certainly possible that there’s a fully separate provision for using Elmo specifically, requiring separate credits.
