Chia seeds. I sprinkle that shit on everything I can. Salad, cereal, yogurt, smoothies. It’s extremely high in fiber. But be careful, too much fiber can be a bad thing. Make sure to keep up your water intake!
Dunno what you’re smoking my brother in Christ, a cup of pinto beans has an admittedly high 15 g but nowhere near 48. Similar to the whole what spaghetti. Your plan isn’t terrible though, sounds like that’s a good way to get your fiber if you have both every day, as long as you don’t need to watch your carbs. Pretty affordable too.
It’s fiber. Go buy some Metamucil and thank me later.

Pfff what? I clear 30g easy. Half a box of whole wheat spaghetti is 20g. A cup of dry pinto beans is 48g.
