Children killed in mass shooting at birthday party in Stockton, California

Police said four people had died, and 10 were wounded in the incident in Stockton. Later, the city's vice mayor confirmed that the shooting happened at a child's birthday party.

It’s inaccurate. 4 people have died, making it a mass murder. The other 10 mass shooting victims are then forgotten …or something.
