I agree that it looks more like editing than AI. The finely repeated patterns in the bricks and shutters hold together, whereas in AI those details tend to get all murky and swimmy. It is pretty substandard 'shopping, though.

Always possible, but frankly I would trust a human doing editing to be more consistent with things than an AI
