What they thought was the bedrock protection of naturalization now feels more like quicksand.

Some are worried that if they leave the country, they will have difficulties when trying to return, fearful because of accounts of naturalized citizens being questioned or detained by U.S. border agents. They wonder: Do they need to lock down their phones to protect their privacy? Others are hesitant about moving around within the country, after stories like that of a U.S. citizen accused of being here illegally and detained even after his mother produced his birth certificate.

There has been no evidence of an uptick in denaturalizations so far in this Trump administration. Yet that hasn’t assuaged some. Sesay said he doesn’t travel domestically anymore without his passport, despite having a REAL ID with its federally mandated, stringent identity requirements.

I’m a multi-generational US citizen, and I now fully restart my phone in lockdown mode and leave it in BFU state every time I cross the border. It’s a simple precaution that will make it substantially more difficult for anyone to scrape data or install surveillance software to my device. I wouldn’t be surprised to know that there are ways around it these days, but I also don’t want to just give any fascist border guard yahoo things they could conceivably use against me in ideological purity tests on a silver platter.

…are you… serious with that second bit? You have to know that that’s not only an inaccurate way to portray it (the set of humans who are Jewish is not identical to the set of humans who are Israeli), but also in this usage, pretty clearly offensive, and the way you’re using it makes it clear that you’re being intentionally prejudicial.

Celebrite is the premiere purveyor of phone hacks. Israel’s software for spys and governments strategy was a stoke of evil genius. Along with the Epstein strategy they pulled a strange sort of corporate capture making them the only real game in town.

The self fulfilling profecy of the evil Jew cabal still makes me laugh though. Like a cult of Icarus melting atop their tower of victory.
