    Well, Trump sure has caused the deaths of a lot of people when he shut down USAID, and he’s about to kill a whole lot more through lack of healthcare. Yeah dementia!

    I sure hope, for my relatives if nothing else, that I die of a massive heart issue and not a painful descent into confusion and loss.
