    That’s the great thing, though. Everyone in the community is leading by example.

    Sometimes we post explanations. Sometimes we don’t. Sometimes we forget to remove the -Wikipedia from the auto generated title.

    Yall are all welcome to do as you please, within the instance rules and the rules posted in the sidebar.

      Your argument boils down to “we set the bar low”.

      Don’t you think, as mods, you should put in a minimum of effort to at least avoid the behavior yourself? I don’t think there’s much advantage to it when you take into account the annoyance it produces. I feel like everyone dislikes clickbait, even when leading to Wikipedia. It’s a universal sentiment.

        Eh, it’s not about a bar. We post links to Wikipedia. That’s the beginning and end of it. As far as limiting your personal annoyance, I think that’s just not that important, considering this is an open platform. I strongly endorse and suggest you starting a new page of your own to set your own philosophy. Best of luck to you.
