Biden didn’t touch the Epstein files, they were sealed by courts until late 2023 and never subpeonaed by Congress to be made public until 2024 in the first place.
If anything you could claim Merrick Garland covered it up by knowing about all of this and choosing not to expedite Trump’s insurrection trial, but even that’s a stretch.
