I can be the same sometimes , after seeing a movie a few times I start to look at the writing and structure of it , but I still enjoy it very much, maybe even more
solution, watch other shows where the story will take you away
( last week I went to see Frankenstein, I was surprised at myself at how much I was immersed in the story telling , could not take my eyes off the screen, very much a what happens next story but had so many moments of reflection too , 5/4 hobbits )
Does anyone else find it hard to watch shows because all you see is the acting?
I’ve tried a few times now since I stopped taking suboxone and something has shifted. No matter what it is, all I see is the acting.
The way movies are made is changing apparently https://popcrush.com/tv-dumbed-down-phone-scrolling-viewers/ maybe it’s that you can see?
That’s interesting. It seems to be with everything even old stuff.
I don’t mind too much but it’s been an odd experience.
loss of “suspension of disbelief” perhaps
