    I see, and where in the constitution does it state that being in a crowd triggers exemptions from first amendment rights? I must have missed that part. Could have sworn angry crowds would fall under the whole ASSEMBLY portion.

      The constitution only matters if its enforced. That’s no longer the case. It’s not worth pretending that we’re living in times where it was at least marginally followed nor enforced.

        What makes me the most angry is the blatant hypocrisy. If Obama would have tried any of this we’d already be at war. But it’s just been can I do this? Nobody stopped me. Can I do this? Nobody stopped me. Repeat 1000x
