It being a bad joke doesn’t bother me. It being taken as an insult does. I don’t go around wanting to hurt people for no reason. That damages my reputation. Making a joke that just isn’t very funny to anyone besides me does not damage my reputation at all. I can do that all I want. If I was embarrassed about making a joke I’d delete. I’m still very thrilled about my joke.
