- Wonderful. It’s 10:43AM right now. I’ll start at 5:37PM. Thanks for the tip! - Fuck! It’s 5:49PM now. Guess I’ll wait until tomorrow to try again.

- Haha, No, I cannot
- Ah damn it’s 15:03 I missed it, geuss I’ll have to play games some more and try again at 16:00
- My brain also tries to trick me with that kind of thoughts, but I’m not getting fooled.
  - im 37. i was diagnosed half a year ago with adhd. now i take medication and started to lurk in this community. i wanted to write “blasphemy” but i see i found a new home 😂 i feel seen

- I don’t know which arrow to click for this.
- what’s next? start working out in april?
- But if I start doing it at 5:37, I’ll always have to do it at that exact time. - Correction: if I start at 5:37 I have to stop precisely at 6:37 to have studied for an hour. Much easier to start and stop at 6 and 7. Mhm. - Pro tip. Study in 50 or 55 minute increments. Start at 5:05/5:00 and end at 5:55. Makes the time you dedicate feel significantly shorter (I mean it is by 5/10 minutes but you get my point) as it’s in the same hour. It also fits the college class schedule style. Those 60 minute class timeslots always feel so much better than the 90 minute ones do. - I don’t actually ever stop at the correct time. But actually starting it is the hardest part. Treating it like a quick class period helps me.

- What are we studying?? - The blade

- just because i need to hear this doesn’t mean i want to hear this :(
- As long as I can spend 23 minutes bitching about having to start at a weird time
- You can also start going down a completely unrelated rabbit hole - Challenge Accepted

- Why 37… probably because it’s random - Love this video

- But then I have to stop at an uneven time and that’s worse - Otherwise how can I keep proper track of how long I’ve studied? All my statistics will be weird and wonky and wrong!

- How did you pick the unroundedest of numbers‽ - That would be 11:17 AM
