There is no cross sign in. If you don’t have an account on that instance, you cannot sign in on that instance. What it is saying that you can follow accounts on the tankie tube instance from your (for example) Mastodon account on another instance.
You can use any RSS aggregator to follow a peertube account. If you go to an account’s page, there is a subscribe button which opens a dropdown that has an RSS link in it. For example this one: https://tankie.tube/feeds/videos.xml?videoChannelId=5807
Thanks I was thinking there was an integration with some RSS service like the old Fever API thing. Cross sign-in like Movim for these sites would be cool, I don’t know why I misread the “follow” bit which I have already used. Wishful thinking, perhaps.
