Is there a way for the jury to find him not guilty of these stupid charges, but go ahead and put Bolton in prison anyway, because he’s such an asshole?
I’m not 100% sure these charges are illegitimate. Probably are, but I’m less surprised they got a grand jury to indict on this compared to James Comey.
Mind you, the charges here are basically the exact same ones that Trump was on trial for in keeping boxes of classified data in his bathroom.
