Yeah it amazes me as well that there hasn’t been gunfire exchanged yet.

Blue cities or not… There’s more firearms than people in this country. And folks carry all the time.

Tho . I guess that’s what the administration is waiting for.

I think the issue is it is happening the MSM is not reporting it for fear of retaliation. I read about several attacks on ICE facilities in Texas but it wasn’t from any mainstream media.

There’s more guns than people because some people have a LOT of guns. They’re not evenly distributed.

We need to start having the cats bring guns with them when they go choose new owners, to spread the guns more fairly.

I don’t know why people think guns are a magic bullet (ha!) that will keep you safe from the gestapo. As soon as ICE thugs get shot, the real military will be sent in to crack down, and they have far more firepower than any civilian.

have far more firepower than any civilian.

I guess if they want to start using heavy ordinances, armed drones, etc.

In reality some of these militia groups have basically the same guns, same training and same equipment as the military. All it takes is someone with an FFL 9 or higher and they have access to all types of explosive weaponry.

The major advantages of the military are numbers, transportation logistics and communications. If you control communications you control the battlefield.

Unfortunately most of these groups are ICE as their day jobs… But it gets dangerous when it gets too close to their neighborhoods.

Tbh I am surprised how low it is in Texas but maybe that has changed since 2016 because they relaxed laws since then.

I am not, big cities and the land is really rural. Hard to balance out all the people in cities. Also remember that map is “ownership” per household. They could have the exact same percentage of household ownership as New Mexico, but each household might have 10x the number of guns.

I got CDSd today (sorry, no gun) and if my house’s cat population wasn’t at the fire code limit I’d have brought her home so she can die loved. Instead, I have her some loves and affection on the rip of her head, the only spot without fur so matted I was scared to touch her. That I couldn’t do anything real for her broke my tiny heart.

Precisely. Then a battle can happen and they can say they “uncovered an antifa terror cell, and now we have to have martial law because we told you.”

It’s terribly predictable what they’re attempting. What surprises me is that while people (in general) might be stupid, they also (generally) act reasonably.

So far, “don’t set the gunpowder surrounding us on fire, and work together to clean up this mess” seems to be reasonable.
