Forgot to add reading glasses because I was wearing them.
I do this too. Especially if something one off needs to go with me; those I put right by the front door.

I put my keys in anything that I need to remember, and schedule myself a text for when I’m going to be looking for them so I can remember the keys are in the fridge with my lunch.
I have always dreamt of having my most used tools on a shadow board, but first I’d have to have them all together in one place.
LOL. I 100% get that. I had a garage for a few years and loved it. Work bench, vintage vice, racks to hold tools.
Now I have this in studio.
