    All gray is bad.

Enough with black, white and gray. If I see another b/w/g Tesla model Y I’m going to puke on it just so it has some color.

Quit being a pussy and get a purple car, a green car, orange, whatever.

Y’all gonna die one day and nobody will be on their death bed saying “wow, I am so happy that I avoided color my whole life, I win”.

Just because they stock them doesn’t mean everyone has to buy them.

Also, which is it? You have to pay more for neat colors or non-colors have a higher resale? Can’t be both.

I can say that when I bought my car (used) it was about $2000 more than equivalent cars because it is bright green. All the bland colors were always cheaper.

I’m willing to believe that dealers charge more for colors, but its clear that they carry more value. You dont need 20 people to buy a used car, just one.

I did a search on cargurus for Subaru crosstreks and corvettes. Blue for each, white for each. There are always fewer blue in both cases and they are in all but a few cases, more expensive.

Most people who buy a new car buy one that is already on the lot. They stock gray and silver because it’s popular and has a high resale value. This policy reinforces the statistic. You have to pay more for neat colors and then you have to wait a while for it to arrive.
