    How do you define corrupt?

    Do you think an accusation of corruption (which is the event that triggers an investigation) should be enough to remove someone from the bench?

    If so, who do you think will be more likely to abuse this?

    What happens to cases that a judge would have presided over if they get accused of corruption and removed?

      The thing about always playing devils advocate is you’re constantly advocating for the devil.

      Spirit of the law is what we use in the justice system to prosecute on “subjective” charges.
