For me, it was The Walking Dead. It obviously suffered seriously quality decline over its run - but because it was so long, I could’ve instead watched so many other shows instead.

I was a huge fan of the comics but I gave up on The Walking Dead in Season 2. Season 1 was a blend of zombies, interpersonal relationships, and to a lesser degree surviving in a post-apocalypse. Season 2 quickly devolved into a boring gab fest where zombies and post-apocalyptic survival seemed a distant after thought. I don’t think I saw a single episode of season 3.
