The one at fault is not the idiot who would say something like this.

The people at fault are the community of professionals, executives, managers, CEOs and corporate owners who allow this to represent their organization … along with the staff and workers who work for this company … and the audience of people who watched it, listened to it and said or did nothing.

The fact one person said this is terrible.

The fact that an entire community of people allow it to happen and let them get away with it is terrifying.
