Yeah, lately I despise the ‘how are you doing?’ or ‘why haven’t you come to X event?’ questions, because i have to either straight lie and cut it short or receiving the ‘just be happy!’ answer.
You are only forced to lie by the people who refuse to accept the truth… I hope you can find better people to spend more time with, but in the meantime you can be the first around you to do so if you have to (and if you want to:-).
