Looks like mostly the greater Minnesota area, with blips in St. Louis, Worcester, Wyoming and Phoenix, so not really snowless and wet normally. Though they might all (except for Phoenix- maybe those are snowbirds?) have a lot of snowmelt in the spring that makes kicking up chunks more likely.
