Here’s the thing about bunkers. They’re great for surviving a bomb. Iran’s nuclear program is proof of that. However, if your problem is that the local population wants to hurt you, it just means they know where to find you. Saddam Hussein had a great bunker, that was breached and burned out long before they found him in his hole. Muammar Gaddafi had an insane and awesome bunker, that was breached and looted long before he was found a hundred miles away and executed with his own guns.
So if the wealthy want to go hide in a bunker, let them. We know the address.
