No kidding! The Load5 wasn’t cheap either. But it is such a smooth ride and the build quality is top tier.

I had been saving up to buy an EV and thought screw it I’m getting a cargo e-bike instead. No stupid monthly insurance and no getting stuck in traffic (for the most part since we have a nice pathway system where I am, just have to keep my speed to 20Km/h(might be 25 I’ll double check before riding)). I may still get some insurance for the e-bike but it would be like $500 per YEAR, if that. E-bike will also force/help me with staying active.

Oh yes. I already have my eye on the Hiplok DX1000(rear tire and frame), and D1000(front tire). They’re Diamond rated. I’ve watched some video reviews and they are not easy to cut that’s for sure. I might end up getting a chain as well so the 2 can be connected, since most bike racks won’t be long enough to reach both tires on the Load. I’ll also have the Bosch Connect Module that has GPS tracking and bike alarm. You can also digitally lock the Bosch batteries now as well so they will only work on your bike tho I’ll most likely take the batteries off the bike if parking for long periods or in less desirable areas.
