    I was going to quote the same part. What a car-centric way to describe a car striking a pedestrian on a bicycle. Fuck that.

    According to police, the crash happened very close to Ken’s home near Clairmont Avenue, a route he took often.

    Yeah, i highly doubt this was his fault if this was his home turf.
