My sleep hygiene is actually pretty good and on schedule. I have a set bed time of 9pm where I lay down and read a physical book for 15-30 minutes, plus a set wake up time of 5am with an alarm but I usually wake up at 4am naturally.
That’s part of what was so frustrating. My sleep schedule is usually great with no issues, except for the last week.
That’s really frustrating mate. I have a herbal roll on i use that’s really helpful (but stay away from lavender cos too much is a stimulant)
