assumption that our solar system is stationary and that every year, the earth nears the exact same location as your birth.

I’ve been casually investigating several astrological systems for years (even since still in my militant atheist materialist phase)… and I’ve not encountered this assumption before. Can you tell me in which astrological system is this assumption found? Sounds interesting.
