Every time the right’s followers complain about what their elected officials do to them as a consequence of the officials doing exactly what anyone with half a brain expected them to do I don’t hear it as a general injustice to society at large, I hear it as “Your’e not hurting the right people!”
They’re fine with wrecking other’s lives, but the thought they’re being harmed or inconvenienced is intolerable.
Whenever I hear about these town halls, I’m really unsure if it’s actually Trump voters turning up. Chances are, if the cult “won” they’re celebrating and believing every paper-thin lie, right up until they suffer direct personal consequence, not attending town halls with a list of questions and concerns.
I figured the ones who experienced the greatest “injustice” turn up. “You hurt us and we supported you!” Certainly anyone harmed and concerned could show up, it may not be all conservatives.

I mean, they’ll complain, yet will still vote for them because if there’s not an R next to the name, they couldn’t care less.
