I’m working on losing weight right now and needed to rant a little. Currently in the luteal phase of my cycle and all I want to do is eat! What I would give to eat everything in my recently stocked fridge… 😩
On the plus side, I’m down a little over 5 lbs!
Any tips on taking my mind off of food would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to join in on venting.
Currently craving chocolate, breakfast bagel sandwiches, sushi, and the costco sized container of grapes in my fridge… and pancakes with looootttss of syrup.

Chewing gum helps me sometimes. It gives me something tasty that has a lot of the same muscle memory of eating. Almost like a fidget toy for the mouth lol.
Also I think drinking water might help to an extent but I haven’t specifically tried it. As in drink a glass of water then chew gum. That way your belly feels “full” too.
