I’m working on losing weight right now and needed to rant a little. Currently in the luteal phase of my cycle and all I want to do is eat! What I would give to eat everything in my recently stocked fridge… 😩
On the plus side, I’m down a little over 5 lbs!
Any tips on taking my mind off of food would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to join in on venting.
Currently craving chocolate, breakfast bagel sandwiches, sushi, and the costco sized container of grapes in my fridge… and pancakes with looootttss of syrup.

Grapes are a really good snack tho? Why not eat a small bowl as a treat.
grapes are around 70 - 80 kcal / 100 g (source), so they’re not too bad calorie-wise (a cup of grapes is like 90ish grams?), you can eat a lot of grapes and not ruin your calorie budget, so to speak
