    Paramount plus straight up doesnt work on my TV anymore. I won a stupid fucken Roku thats massive so thats another part of the problem cause you can’t do shit on Roku to troubleshoot that aside from just factory resetting the TV

      The paramount app has literally never worked for me on any device. Every time I have had a free trial and tried to watch any Star Trek, it could never actually find or play the media (like, that was the error I would get; not that I could not find the shows). It’s wild they even have free trials when the shit doesn’t even work. Why the fuck would I pay for something that doesn’t work?

        The app was so sporadic and unpredictable for me on a modern TV that I tried it for two years but I finally had to cancel.

      The Android app is also bad. They never figured out how to use the correct fullscreen API, so you see the white bar / soft button at the bottom while videos are playing. And they didn’t get the media API right either so bluetooth headset play/pause buttons don’t work.

        It is, but my ship is still being constructed to sail. So I’m still paying for streaming. I need to quit my job so I have time to setup my jellyfin server and start collecting.

      I had to stop, uninstall, and reinstall on my LG TV. Maybe there was a data purge in there somewhere, too.

      It took the experience from a 2 to a 4.
