    I don’t understand Carney’s timing on this. Why didn’t he wait until after a deal was signed before announcing that Canada would recognize a Palestine state?

      I don’t think that would stop tRump from trUmping. If anything, he’ll use that to further his lie that Canada’s a nasty country to deal with.
