On Wednesday, Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer announced that he and the seven Democratic members of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs are demanding the files, citing “a century-old and little-known” statute known as the “rule of five.”

Under the rule, executive agencies are, upon the request of five members of the Homeland Security Committee, required to submit “any information requested of it relating to any matter within the jurisdiction of the committee.”

And that drags out the discussion of it the entire time. Trump wants the story to go away because it’s splintering some of the base, that makes it louder at each step and makes more

So either the files do get release or the story continues to play out and become a bigger and bigger deal. Either way is not great for Trump

But it also makes it a lot easier to accuse the Democrats of being the real problem and holding up the entire government because of it so trump has no choice but to rape the country like he raped those kids. Also the Democrats stole his second term so he deserves a third.

Let’s be real, it doesn’t make it easier to accuse the Democrats because it’s no effort to do so and they were going to do it anyways.
