Comapnies dont have that right. Companies are required to pay quarterly estimated taxes, and are fined if they are found to have underpaid on those estimates.
My comment was asking along the lines of companies not giving the employee the choice in having taxes deducted or not.
My company offers it and we’re worth billions. I’m surprised others don’t
