He heard part of a question about how much time someone will be spending in Florida and assumed people would be asking about him, because who else matters? It’s it because he had poor hearing or poor comprehension I’ve no idea, but it’s clear he didn’t catch the full question and tried to pretend he did with the most narcissistic interpretation of the incomplete facts.

Seems his normal level of poor listening, thinking, and speaking, not any more a decline than he’s already displayed.
