But I can’t mess around with it for another few weeks due to all the other stuff that’s happening. I’ve got a referal to a sleep clinic which I’ll attend next week. But cheers for the suggestion, I’ll look into it :)

That can’t be good for your health.
That’s treatment resistant insomnia.
