    So 38% of women and 53% of men are really fucking stupid.

    I wonder what the percentage of Republican voters are for women and men…

    Looks like 44/52 respectively, so that tracks.

      There’s no way 4% of Republicans put “other” for gender.

      I wouldn’t even believe 4% of “other” would put Republican.

        Most likely. You get a combination of “Fuck you, got mine” mentality and “Things get worse before they get better” delusion on that side of the aisle.

        Almost definitely. There is a very pronounced effect among Republicans where who the president is largely determines how they feel about the economy rather than any kind of actual economic indicators or their own experience of reality. It is purely politics to them, no further thought needed.

          Can confirm, I sadly work with a bunch of them. 1 person today said they are hoping tRumps B2 bill (you know the one, I’m not using the tRumpism) passes through so they can get no taxes on over time. Then also said if it fails it must be because of “insert Democratic governor here.” It’s so damn frustrating…
