Trump has said so much shit, at this point why is it still relevant?

I’m bored of Trump said this, Trump said that knowing full-well he will say the opposite soon enough.

The man, himself, doesn’t care about he said. Why should the rest of the world do?

Trump’s comments mark a significant departure from his warm words about the European Commission’s president last week, in which he praised Ursula von der Leyen as “fantastic,” adding he hoped that the two would meet soon.

This man is just a walking contradiction.

Dude definitely has some type of Alzheimer’s or Dementia going on. That’s on top of how much of an idiot he already was and is.

      So that tracks.

He has too little mental capacity left, so he simply parrots whatever the last person he talked to said to him. He also has no opinions or stances of his own, so he’s trivial to manipulate: just find the last person who talked to him while stroking his ego and you’ll know whose words these are, because they are not Trump’s…

I think what China did well was to let him fucking stew it it. The rest of the world has been putting reciprocal teriffs, but being clear they’re eager to begin negotiations.

China put up the reciprocal teriffs and just said “reach out when you’re ready to be reasonable. Don’t wait for a phone call from us because it isn’t coming.”

Thats what Canada did too. Applied light counter tariffs, told the moron that he can call us. Trump almost completely folded and Canada hasn’t lightened any of its tariffs outside of the electricity one.

Only difference is that Canada is still playing nice.

      Yeah. Sure.

      the china tactic has been:

      1. don’t back down and keep rising tarifs
      2. Appear strong, don’t say anything to trump
      3. Spread propaganda about how china doesn’t really need america’s money.
      4. both sides say “actually, i REALLY need this particular thing for my military”, make excemptions.
      5. work in factories grinds to a halt. I mean, that’s ok. We’ll just expunge all the dissent as usual.
      6. oh shit oh fuck the chinese factories are closing down for good.
      7. Stop reporting finantial numbers out of embarassment to try save face
      8. Come crawling back to trump to make a deal

i mean. Come on. If this is what being strong is, i would’ve wanted them to at least put up a fight for a few months. This is about as structurally strong as my shit is after taco bell
