The administrations talking points will be along the lines of:
“You guys don’t understand the art of the deal”
“No, China blinked first you just don’t understand international trade.”
“It’s Sleepy Joe’s fault, because of reasons.”
“Hey, is that bigfoot behind you?”
US President Donald Trump now says he “won’t play hardball” with China on trade and has retreated from his previous threat to impose a 145 per cent tariff on Chinese goods.
Okay, but what is the new rate?
- He will announce it one the market has stabilized and he’s sold his stock, to make it crash again and buy the dip.
Hopefully China tells him to fuck off again.
