3·6 months agoI’d be cautious stating that these videos represent science. People are free to make their own dietary choices of course, but ‘water fasting’ and ‘low-carbohydrate high-fat’ diets are questionable. Also, FYI, Dr. Jason Fung is a Kidney doctor.
As retired Army, this is freakin’ phenomenal. I hope that dude is doing well today.
