That’s fair. But it’s at least something.
Anyway, I’m just saying the crypticness is largely cultural and unnecessary. If there is some kind of CLI “skin” that lets you interact with Linux at the command line using normal words, I’d love to know about it.
This is far more manual than you probably had in mind, but Linux has support for a command called alias, which allows you to basically rename anything you like:
He is dumb, but its a bit deeper than that. They fetishize free speech and lack of censorship, but in practice they don’t actually want free speech and they love censorship.
So when they create an LLM that’s predisposed with that fetishization, it comes out in the form of calling nazis like Elon for being nazis.
They’re trying to have their cake and eat it too, but it’s blowing up in their face.
Trump is the figure uniting the fascists in the US when he pops it topples and the spell is broken.
I sincerely hope so, but I don’t find that likely. People aren’t turning to fascism just because they like him, they’re doing so because they aren’t able to think critically, or are hateful, or are looking for easy answers to the complex issues fucking up their lives, or all of the above.
Trump didn’t get to power in a vacuum. The political environment is ripe for it.
This took 10 seconds. Quit being lazy.
Yes, which is why I quoted this text instead of “just house everyone”
Ending homelessness requires a granular, personal approach. And that shit is EXPENSIVE.

But generally less expensive than letting the problem fester. Police, medics, sanitation, and so on is expensive as hell.
EVs still bring noise, pollution, land use, and carbon emissions from concrete. So they don’t solve all the problems with cars, they should be a last resort.
Hello I would like 1 million waters please
Yeah. And those industrial bots you work with are all metal, with high torque motors most likely.
Meanwhile this thing is going to be using the cheapest servos that can just barely meet the torque requirements, all in a plastic housing arm.
Gonna stick with my ender 3.
Agreed. My mother can’t understand and honestly engage with an argument to save her life. It’s irritating as fuck.
If you could convince the sellers to rent it for an afternoon, and you have a high quality camera, you could get some amazing digital assets for some horror video games.
Assuming every hinge there is motorized, that’s 6 servos. That looks like a nightmare to calibrate, which it will need to do a lot of if it’s shoved in some backpack for travel on a routine basis.
And the print head looks like a bitch to take apart to service if you get a jam.
Thats the plan. Gonna have to be mostly manual for a lot of it, but I’d rather it be manual than go through samsung or something.
I have, and I don’t think it would really change all that much. Regardless if it’s my burner phone or actual phone, the apps, contacts, etc I need to travel would all be the same regardless. So I may as well just make a backup of all my shit to my desktop, wipe everything but the necessities, and there’ll be nothing for them.
Currently planning on a trip to go see family. And dealing with this bullshit has been on my mind a lot.
So far I have a list of todos for removing data from my phone. Not looking forward to it.
Looks like a job for a stew that makes you blind for a day
