Das ist übrigens mit ein Grund, warum ein Social Media Verbot für Kinder nicht so wirklich funktionieren wird. Es gibt Handy- und Computerspiele. Ist davon jedes mit einem Chat dann Social Media? Oder wo wird da die Grenze gezogen? Über Spiele wie Minecraft oder Roblox lässt sich auch abseits von Chats kommunizieren. Sind diese dann auch verboten?
(Ganz zu schweigen von der Messenger vs Social Media Debatte, auch da ist eine Grenze schwierig zu ziehen.)

A very cool methode to bridge gaps. There is the problem, that it can result in a middle way, where that should not exist (eg. Human rights are non negotiable, so decisions which do not grant these should be excluded from the discussion. There can be no middle ground in this).
It does have the advantage of not creating a polarised field with breaches for anger/ridicule engagement.
