The absolute best non-english book I’ve ever read so far is The Count of Monte Cristo. It’s a French writer and I read it in Arabic, because the English translation one was really hard to understand. That book genuinely messed with my emotions.
That’s built into the software. It’s on the right side menu
How about cold plunges during the freezing winter?
Maybe the battery is too low on the phone, and it’s also rusty?

Right. Some folks like the antiglare

As long as you’re happy with your device, nothing else reallg matters. It’s all personal preference.
I feel like it dims the colors a little. If you put it side by side with the 521GB, you’d see the colors are less vibrant on the anti-glare screen. They’re like muted if that makes sense. It could also be personal preference, but I personally saw the difference and didn’t like the colors on the 1TB.
They have it now. 1TB if you go now you can get it
I actually don’t want the 1TB because of that anti-glare they have on the screen.
On the lock and login screens, The clock and interactive UI elements are now only shown on one screen at a time when using a multi-screen setup; they fade out on screens without the pointer or keyboard focus, leaving those screens free to display pretty wallpapers. (Yifan Zhu, link 1 and link 2)
Best and smartest implementation ever
System Settings’ Display Configuration page gained some UI Improvements; now the screen arrangement view is hidden when there’s only one screen, and with more that one, there’s a big obvious screen chooser at the top of the page to make it clear which screen is selected, and when there are any disabled but connected screens.
I don’t know how I feel about this one. I feel like the top chooser is redundant since you can already click on the monitors icons.
This is the most accurate description I can think of.
Where is openshift in this?
I found me a cheap rx 6600 on Facebook and snag it. Already had an AMD processor. Life has been amazing away from Nvidia.
Look into koreader. They host for you without an account. All you need is a username. You can read the same book and track your progress on different devices through koreader. If that’s what you mean
Kobo is the way. Open system. Not locked like kindle. You can “jailbreak” it in 5 seconds. Linux based. They send you firmware updates even when it’s “jailbroken”. You can bring your own books and they won’t fuck with your book covers like kindle does (I would use calibre to convert your books to kepub to get all the features on a book). No ads on the lock screen. I love my kobo Sage. I’m waiting for them to release a 10" one with high PPI so I can buy it. In all honesty, even the android ones are better than kindle. Basically, almost all non-kindles are good, except for a few random Chinese brands that have their own weird OS.
Good to hear. I hope it stays that way. Although, I’m pretty sure people with the 5000 series wouldn’t say the same.
